1) In order to place an order in the Isola Bella Eshop, do I have to create an account?

No, it is possible to place an order as a guest. Creating an account, however, is useful for finishing the order faster, saving personal information, accessing the order summary, creating a wishlist, and receiving exclusive Isola Bella offers.

2) What should I do in case of technical problems?

EXTRA EU - INTERNATIONAL: for orders up to 199 € (25.00 €), for orders over 200 € (free of charge).*

*DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): the responsibility of customs clearance and customs costs (taxes, duties) are borne by the buyer. For the U.S., only orders under $500 are allowed to be shipped.

2) What is the delivery time?

Delivery within Italy takes between 3 and 5 working days; for international shipments, delivery can take between 7 and 10 working days.

3) Which couriers does Isola Bella Gioielli use?

For its shipments, Isola Bella Jewelry relies only on experienced and reliable couriers.
Specifically, standard domestic shipping is handled by BRT and GLS.
In contrast, international, EU and non-EU shipments are entrusted to UPS and DHL.

4) I purchased several pieces of jewelry in one order, how will they be shipped?

If you purchased several pieces of jewelry in one order, they will be sent to you in one shipment, but each with its own box.

Care and cleaning

1) How can I take care of my Isola Bella jewel?

ISOLA BELLA jewelry is handmade in Italy by skilled artisans. Unique, refined and totally hypoallergenic, they are made of 925 thousandths silver, pure gold plating, fire enamel and anti-oxidation treatment.
Sterling silver 925(%) is an alloy of silver and other materials. The jewelry is hallmarked with a punch showing the silver title present in the alloy: 925 indicates an alloy composed of 925 parts pure silver out of 1,000.
Gold and silver are malleable metals, and natural oxidation does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by warranty. Browning and gilding of jewelry fades over time as a natural consequence of use. Perfume, air, salt water, creams, hairspray, sulfur, chlorine and skin Ph can accelerate wear time. We also recommend that jewelry should not be worn while bathing or during sports activities.
