Camarina's coins were minted around 490 BCE, and the silver charm reproduces the figures present at the time: a Corinthian helmet in the center of a shield and, on the other side, a palm tree with two schinieri, referring to the rule of the tyrant of Gela, Hippocrates, who also controlled Camarina. An exercise in artistry and mastery by master goldsmiths who pay tribute with their work today to one of the most˘ glorious eras for artistic heritage.
Our jewels are completely nickel free and are covered with a thin layer of palladium, to allow the gilding to last a long time.
In order to prolong the good hold of the jewels, implement small measures:
- store the jewel in its box or on a soft surface avoiding contact with other jewels;
- remove your jewelery before swimming or exercising, water and sweat can be harmful;
- If your jewel comes into contact with water, dry it immediately by dabbing it with a microfibre cloth;
- limit contact with chemical products, creams and perfumes as much as possible and handle them with care;
- if your jewel has suffered an impact, contact an Isola Bella Gioielli retailer immediately, or contact the Assistance Centre.
