For each order Isola Bella issues a receipt, which will be sent to the email address provided once the order is completed. You will receive your shipment within 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
All calendar days that are not Sundays or holidays are considered working days.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party appointed by the consumer, other than the carrier, has or came into possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an e-mail statement to [email protected] . The attached withdrawal form template can be used for this purpose.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
You can request a return for any product within 14 days of the delivery date. Reshipment is quick and easy:
- Fill out the Return Form
- Attach the form and email it to [email protected]
- make sure the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it, stored in its packaging and complete with Warranty
- store everything in the original box along with the Return Form
- Choose your preferred courier to ship the package. You will need to return the goods to the address: Midas Srl - Corso Martiri della Libertà, 14 - 95131 - Catania. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be made. You will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For refunds, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a refund fee. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof of return, whichever comes first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the termination of the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The customer shall pay for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods not necessary to verify their condition, properties and operation.
Upon receipt and acceptance of the goods we will immediately request a refund and send a confirmation email. Refund times vary depending on the payment method chosen:
- Credit Card: our bank will make the refund within 7 business days from the e-mail Confirmation Acceptance Return. The time it takes to see the refund on your account depends on the card issuing institution
- PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 24 hours of the email Confirmation of Acceptance of Return
- Bank Transfer: the refund will be visible in the indicated bank account within 5 days after the e-mail Confirmation of Acceptance of Return
Warranty and Service
Should the delivered items have defects, a request may be made for their repair or replacement with a defect-free specimen. No other guarantees will be granted in addition to the one just mentioned.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use, misuse, oxidation, or replacement of lost or stolen items.
If the required action is not covered by the warranty, due to time limits or related to the nature of the damage, transportation and repair costs are considered to be borne by the sender.
