It is the Isola Bella Gioielli logo, in which the I and the B merge into one precious object.
It is a musical instrument that dates back to the period of Greek colonization. It consists of a skin membrane stretched over a wooden circle a few inches high, inside of which are placed small metal plates that produce sounds whenever the instrument is shaken or struck.
