Azienda Vincenzo Trigona’s classic method sparkling wine is made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, an indigenous variety of Etna. Nerello grapes, grown on the volcano at about 800 meters above sea level, give this sparkling wine a distinct acidity and minerality. A very fine intense perlage is observed in the flûte.
