Our jewels are completely nickel free and are covered with a thin layer of palladium, to allow the gilding to last a long time.

In order to prolong the good hold of the jewels, implement small measures:

• store the jewel in its box or on a soft surface avoiding contact with other jewels;
• remove your jewelery before swimming or exercising, water and sweat can be harmful;
• If your jewel comes into contact with water, dry it immediately by dabbing it with a microfibre cloth;
• limit contact with chemical products, creams and perfumes as much as possible and handle them with care;
• if your jewel has suffered an impact, contact an Isola Bella Gioielli retailer immediately, or contact the Assistance Centre.
